MediVista 2026 was organized by Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College on the occasion of launching MBA in Hospital Management on 25th May, 2026, at Dulal Mitra Auditorium of BCREC. This event enlightened the students about the Master in Hospital Management course and its immense significance in running a Hospital and its immense job potential. Dr. Partha Pal, Medical Director,  the Mission Hospital, Durgapur addressed the students in the beginning. Leaders from Health Care Sector participated in a panel discussion also. Dr. Mousumi Banerjee, Head, HR, Birla Heart Hospital said "In India 60% is service sector and Hospital Management is one of that. Hospital runs with gigantic support system which is actually the Hospital Management." Mrs. Ishani Chakraborty, Vice President, Operation, The Mission Hospital, Durgapur said "Unlike the students of BBA in Hospital Management, students of MBA in Hospital Management acquire Strategic Vision of Management. Future health care has to be proactive, predictive and strategic." Speakers described to the students how Hospital Management is evolving with the advent of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Data driven decision making is getting importance. Three important things were also mentioned. That were bridging the gap between rural and urban patience care, Data Regulation Policy and managing the cost of technology. Another speakers in the programme was Mr. Debrishi Chatterjee, Assistant Superintendent (NM), Deben Mahata Government Medical College and Hospital, Purulia, Sourav  Kanti Mondal, Faculty Director, Motherhood Women and Children's Hospital, Kolkata, Soumayajit Nandy, Deputy Manager, Sales, Motherhood Women and Children's Hospital, Kolkata. 
‎The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Sanjay S. Pawar, Principal,  Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College. The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Arunava Mookherjee, Head, Faculty of Management Sience.
